July 2015; Rest, Recuperate, Rejuvenate

This year July’s energy is encouraging you to rest, recuperate and rejuvenate. Why? In 2015, July’s vibration is about slowing down and pausing from your busy schedule. Take these 31 days to integrate all of the lessons, learning’s and experiences you accumulated in the first six months of 2015.

I want to remind you that in 2015 the energy is ripe for you to apply your acquired knowledge, skills and talents. This year’s 2015 vibrational energy of (8) is all about discovering that a key piece of your purpose is to connect to your creative power to produce results.

Much of the time we believe that “more is better”. However, July’s energy wants you to stop and rest. This month is like a roadside rest stop on your journey through 2015. You are being provided with 31 days to recuperate and rejuvenate your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

When you take time out to rest your “bodies”, they get to heal from the overload and stress of daily living. Rest activates your healing codes so you can begin to recuperate and gain back your health. Rejuvenation happens when your bodies are returned to their original state of “well being”.

Looking at the energy of July (7 energy) and the energy of 2015 (8 energy), when merged together they equal 15/6. In decoding these numbers, Numerology tells you that 1 = you, 5 = changes that need to occur as you create, and 6 = balance in your life. Balance happens when you rest, recuperate and rejuvenate.

Let’s explore how this process can work for you this month.

Rest: Taking a break is the first step in a breakthrough. Turn off all screens for 20- 30 minutes. Create 20-30 minutes breaks in your daily schedule. Listen to meditations or music for 20-30 minutes every day. Take a 20 minute power nap.

Recuperate: You must believe that you really can heal yourself. Connect with healers to assist you. Listen to your body and your intuition. Detach from expected outcomes and timelines.

Rejuvenate: Just take a moment to smile. Take a few moments to just breathe. Be silent. Take a walk, stretch, pray, meditate, journal, practice mindfulness, and exercise. Strike a power pose.

The best days in July for you to rest, recuperate, and rejuvenate are: July 1-31.
