Now that your schedule has been adjusted, you can create your balanced lifestyle by taking time to meditate. Take 15 to 20 minutes once or twice a day to stop, close your eyes, clear your mind, and connect to your inner spirit. Become aware of your breathing, listen to your heartbeat, imagine a white cloud of light coming down from above and wrapping around you, imagine that an Angel is hugging you.

When a smile comes to your face, you know you have reached your inner spirit . . . you know you are connected. You are creating a balanced lifestyle.
