Wes Hamilton, President of Insights Consulting and Training, is a national trainer/teacher in the areas of personal and corp orate human resource development. With 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in the state of Minnesota, Wes is an expert in the challenges of integrating the body, mind, and spirit as a balance in business.
I have been committed to developing my self - awareness since 1970 when my father suddenly died at the young age of 58. That year I became passionate about knowing more about who I am and what is my purpose for living. My quest took me on many journeys looking for answers to curious questions all focused on finding information about the greater plan of living on Earth.
After encountering several life changing experiences I begin to understand there is more to life that having a prosperous career, getting married, buying a house, raising a family, going to church and always trying to do the right thing. I became aware there are many dimensions of who we really are and how we can be trained to access and create the many dimensions our self and of our environment. This new awareness teaches us to be creative with knowledge, skills and tools to build a peaceful, more abundant, joyful life.
In 1990 I began my leadership role teaching, counseling, and mentoring people who were interested in finding answers to the same questions that started me on my journey. I soon realized the classes and tools that changed my life were the same powerful programs I had enhanced and personalized to fit my desires. I soon felt very confident and empowered to use my new tools that I had mastered in doing my transformational work with others.
Every year the scope of my work has expanded my reach to provide insights, guidance and support for not only personal but also professional development. I realized that our personal life and our professional life are totally connected and entwined, they always impact each other in some way.
